EXCHANGES AND RETURNS



HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?


You can request a return or a change of size or model within 15 working days since the product is received, without prior use and having communicated through our email address: devoluciones@pjbarcelona.com. Once this period has expired, the products will be considered as compliant and accepted by the customer.

PJ BARCELONA will not be responsible for any loss that the package has suffered during shipment, and it will be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.

The articles must be sent in their original state, including the box, without signs of having been used or damaged. Otherwise, the exchange or the return of the product will not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM


To proceed to the return you must send us an e-mail to devoluciones@pjbarcelona.con including the following details:

  1. The number of the purchase order.
  2. Name and surname of the customer.
  3. Reference number and name of the product.
  4. The number of items whose return is requested.
  5. Reasons for the return.
  6. In case of a change: garment is chosen in its place.


HOW TO MAKE AN ITEM EXCHANGE

In case of change, you must also send an e-mail to devoluciones@pjbarcelona.com including the information mentioned above and specifying the garment chosen in its place. You will only be able to change the size or for another model of the same amount.

If you want to change the garment for another model of a different amount, you will have to return the model you have received and place a new order.



DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN?


Asumirás los gastos de transporte y devolución del producto que se puedan generar. Este tendrá que ser enviado a nuestras oficinas en Carrer Ripollès, 20, oficina 10, 08130 Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Barcelona.



¿TENGO QUE PAGAR POR EL CAMBIO?


ESPAÑA PENÍNSULA, BALEARES Y PORTUGAL

  • The shipping cost of the return of the product will be for FREE in charge of PJ BARCELONA.
  • The first exchange will be sent for FREE by PJ BARCELONA. The distributor will pick up the product that you want to change when the new one is delivered to you.

In the event of a second change (change the item for the second time), the shipping cost will be paid by the customer. In order to do this, we propose two ways of making the change:

  1. The buyer assumes the shipping costs of the item. The shipment must be by certified letter to our offices Carrer Ripollès, 20, Oficina 10, 08130 Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Barcelona and the reshipment of the second exchange will be with a charge of 5 euros to the account of the customer by cash on delivery.
  2. We take care of all process including picking up at your home and delivery at the same with a cost of 10 euros to be paid at the time of delivery by cash on delivery.

In both cases, you will have to specify in advance by e-mail, the day and time you want to receive the second change.

EUROPEAN UNION COMMUNITY

France, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Czech Republic, UK Main*, Italy, Austria, Poland.

The costs associated with exchanges and returns will always be paid by the customer.

You will have to specify in advance by email, the day and time you want to receive the second change.

ALL COUNTRIES INCLUDING THE CANARY ISLANDS

The costs associated with exchanges and returns will always be paid by the customer. Customs expenses are also charged to the buyer. Our Customer Service team will inform you about the corresponding cost.

You will have to specify previously by e-mail, the day and the hour that you wish for the reception of the second change.



HOW TO RECEIVE THE REFUND AMOUNT


The refund of the amount of the returned garment will be made by the company within 5 working days after receipt of the order and verification of its proper condition.

Once the refund is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way as you made the purchase. Remember that the credit card payment always depends on your bank.

If upon receipt of a product is found not to meet the requirements, (the items must be in perfect condition and have labels inside and outside) will be returned to parts debited.



OUTLET OR PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS


The Outlet products or in Promotion/Offer are only accepted for changes. The shipping costs of the return and shipping are charged to the customer.



Warranties


The warranty applies as long as the product being delivered is used under the same conditions in which it was received, or has been used beyond the mere opening of the product.

The return may not take place, in any case, if the products were manifestly objected of use. In the event that the return is not accepted because the product has been used, these products will remain in PJ's warehouse to be picked up by the customer or his courier, for a period not exceeding 30 days from its return.

If, before the 7 working days of withdrawal period from the delivery of the product, you detect any defect, you must contact us through our e-mail: info@pjbarcelona.com provided that the warranty provides such a measure, otherwise we will proceed to refund the amount.
